Lawler, Metzger, Keeney & Logan, LLC is a Washington, D.C. law firm specializing in telecommunications law, with expertise in all facets of communications:  wireline, international, satellite, wireless, mass media, and cable issues.  Our mission is to create value for our clients by providing strategic and practical advice on the wide range of legal and legislative issues that confront communications companies in a fast-changing regulatory environment.  The firm has advised clients on a wide range of complex legal, business, and regulatory matters, including the Federal Communications Commission’s 800 MHz rebanding and relocation proceeding, the incentive auction proceeding, and the regulatory review of telecommunications mergers and acquisitions.
